It has to be the book entitled “What Got You Here Won’t Get You There’ by Marshall Goldsmith.
This book talks about common problems faced by executives that you coach. It answers by discussing not only the key beliefs of successful leaders but also the behaviors that hold them back.
After reading , I have been more conscious of my behavior as a leader which had been affecting my career progress. It has been quite an eye opener for me realizing how others view them. The book is easy to read and brings across the points clearly with good examples.
